History of the CM Group
The CM Group origins date back to the mid-1980’s when two advisors (whose last names, coincidentally, began with the letters “C” and “M”!) teamed up to share ideas and administrative support. Over time the original founders retired and the team evolved and grew both in size and in the types of services we offer to our client partners.
This evolution began when Greg Kraminsky joined the team in 1999, bringing a background in science, academics and industry. Greg’s desire was to better understand the future needs of his clients through financial planning, and to try to take the guesswork out of the investment process.
The team was strengthened in 2007 when Colin Andrews joined, bringing his strong leadership capabilities and organizational skills. Colin’s commitment to delivering a positive and consistent service and investment experience to our clients has been instrumental in the evolution of our team’s structure and processes.
Our ability to fully meet our client’s needs has been further strengthened with the addition of two Advisors – Steven Molina, who has worked with our team and our clients in various roles since 1999, and Blair Howell who joined us in 2017.
The CM Group also could not be successful in delivering the client experience described above without the support of our Financial Associate, Paige Hilton and our administrative professionals, Martina Allen and Amber Li.
The CM Group is structured not only to provide the highest level of service, but also to ensure continuity of advice over long periods of time through our integrated team approach and succession planning.
